La Ternura (Tenderness) is a captivating tale of magic and destiny. Envision a life of freedom, away from men – that's the Emerald Queen's dream – but destiny has other plans. The Queen and her princess daughters unknowingly choose an island inhabited by a woodcutter and his sons who've vowed to shun women. As their worlds collide, La Ternura weaves a tale of gender, isolation, and the unpredictability of life's course.
